Programs

Individual/Couples Intensives

We will spend an extended period together each time we meet (three hours) to focus on your relationship or business. Some couples and individuals prefer this way of working with me. It works well when there is a significant amount of information to go over. It’s also a good approach when a sudden challenge or a traumatic event has occurred.

Ongoing Monthly Relationship Therapy/Coaching

We will be together in a 3-month or 6-month program, depending on the customized plan that’s best for you. At the beginning of our work, we will meet weekly and eventually biweekly so there’s time for you to practice and implement the changes needed.

Once our 3-month program is complete, we will have a bonus meeting 30 days after our last session to make any needed adjustments.

At the end of our 6-month program, we’ll add a bonus 3-hour Intensive 60 days after our last session together.

You can do relationship therapy alone or as a couple and combine it with other options here. I’ll work with you to develop the best approach for getting your desired results.
