The quality of your relationships…
It’s what measures the quality of your life. Think about the version of yourself that shows up in your relationships…
Ever look at yourself for the umpteenth time and wonder why you said or did what you did?
Maybe you raised your voice, used the wrong word, or said too much about what you really think during that last argument.
Or perhaps you’re not the angry type. Instead, you shut down with disgust, overwhelm, or both.
Maybe you’re neither. You’re moderate, sensible, and aim for common understanding.
The problem is that your partner isn’t.
Your partner matters – at home and in business.
You’re a human, so you naturally want a great life with someone you love.
But the tense moments, repeated arguments, and silence aren’t working for either of you. Navigating everyday life AND relationship woes… it’s too much!
And if you own a business or you’re an entrepreneur, there can be additional strain on your relationship.
Most people have no idea how much your partner or spouse can affect your business – for better or worse.
You want change, and you want it now.
These dysfunctional patterns… they’re chipping away at your intimacy and love for each other.
They’re affecting everything – your work, your family, your children – and the weight keeps getting heavier.
You want healthy communication, collaboration, and connection.
These qualities form the bedrock of all good relationships and make resolution possible.
I believe in building powerful relationships.
This usually requires that you learn to relate differently to your partner. You’ll have to look at yourself and your spouse in a whole new way. It’s worth it. It’s the only way to end the struggle.
To build that powerful relationship, you will learn practical skills that teach you how to get more of what you want in your relationships with others – how to move past what lurks behind your relationship to a loving connection that both of you desire.
We don’t teach people how to be in a relationship with themselves, let alone with another human. How do you live with BOTH of your faults and still love each other at the end of the day?
Most people just guess and give it a shot, but you need a skillset with a major emotional component.
It can get intense before it gets better.
It won’t be easy at first. You probably guessed that.
As we get together those first few times, everything comes out, and it can feel rocky at first. Each person has an agenda with grievances to air.
But over time, as you learn new skills, understand yourself better, and zero in on what you’re looking for in your relationship, you’ll start feeling seen, heard, and loved by your partner.
That’s the magic of being in a powerful relationship.
A relationship with yourself is key.
Even if your partner won’t attend with you or you want to learn, love, and live well for yourself, it’s time to develop a relationship with you!
When you have a relationship with your life and with others, it gives you the quality of life in all areas you’ve always desired.
Master the skills of relationship intelligence and experience life on your own terms.
Your relationship intelligence affects your relationship with money.
Who knew that the way you handle your relationships is a direct correlation to the relationship you have with money.
And for 80% of you that relationship is not working.
Whether you have a business or not, money plays a significant role in all your relationships.
People come to me to fix their relationship with money. We use the psychology and NeuroScience of change to accomplish this.
Put this relationship issue to bed permanently.
This is where someone like me steps in.
I’ve been advising intimate partners, entrepreneurial couples, business leaders, and work relationships for 25 years. I’m a relationship expert.
People come to me when it gets tough and nothing they’ve tried has worked. I’m a couples therapist specializing in relationship psychology, business and money psychology, and intergenerational trauma in relationships.
I’ve spent my career knowing that relationships need a different way of working than what I was taught in graduate school. I’ve developed a framework that produces deep, permanent change in individuals and their intimate, business, or money relationships.
Once you master this relationship skill set, you will enjoy a relationship life that most will never experience.
When you arrive at that closeness, trust, and dependability, there’s a joy that leaves all the old stuff behind.
Let’s transform your relationship!
No more sweeping issues under the rug…
No more merry-go-round of losing strategies…

About Me
My family started me on this path.
There wasn’t a topic my parents didn’t fight about (sometimes violently). It caused emotional trauma, bonding issues, and other relationship patterns that didn’t serve me or my five siblings well at all – growing up or later in life.
All that strife gave me two big lessons I took into adulthood: One, I would never repeat what I saw at home, and two, I would always be in relationships with kind people.
I married a kind man, and we raised a son together. But kindness wasn’t enough to keep us together. We divorced after 30 years. It was a painful point in my life, and I didn’t have it in me to continue running my counseling agency, so I sold it.
For several years, I ran away from working in therapy.
It was probably because I had lost my marriage and felt guilty about it. It made me question my abilities.
During that time, I used my previous sales background to train and coach entrepreneurs in the psychology of selling and the relationship skills to develop great rapport with clients.
Leaders in the coaching world hired me to work their events and build relationships with their potential clients.
Then, something funny happened…
Working with entrepreneurial couples made me realize I belonged back in the therapy room. I knew there was a better way to work with couples and get them the results they wanted.
It led me back to my purpose in life: transforming intimate and business relationships into powerful connections.
An adventurous, scary, “life happens” kind of path has helped me understand and transform challenging relationships into connections that shape life for the better.

When I’m not doing therapy…
I’m a BGE (“Best Grandma Ever”) to the most active, independent little girl who thinks she can play with the big kids. At 15 months, she’s waiting for her little sister to be born soon.
I love making things with my hands. I’ll try anything. I love going to the hardware store and finding what I need for my next project.
I’ve also shown my quilts in several shows and have enough creative and art supplies to last at least 100 years. It brings me joy to see a picture of art or a craft and try to figure out how to recreate it in a way no one’s ever thought of!
